Daniel Butler, un milicien repenti, apprend à l'équipe qu'un groupe qui milite pour la suprématie de la race blanche prépare une série d'attaques terroristes contre des centres multiculturels à Toronto. Elle doit à tout prix le stopper avant qu'il n'arrive à ses fins. Deux frères ont été enrôlés dans ce groupe. L'un des deux remet en question son engagement lorsqu'il découvre qu'un attentat se prépare. Finalement, l'équipe parvient à mettre la main sur la plupart des membres de ce groupuscule, mais trois personnes courent encore dans la nature. L'équipe apprend qu'elles transportent de puissantes bombes, qui pourraient causer beaucoup de dégâts...
