The sky is falling or at least people are. The CSI's try to figure out if it was murder or sucide after a man is dead after falling from a hotel. Across town, a elderly woman falls through her table and her husband dead in the shower. The only two witnesses to the crime are an incooperative cat and a parrot who pleads the fifth.

Le client d'un hôtel a été retrouvé mort dans sa chambre. Stacey et Dana, deux femmes qui ont passé la nuit avec lui, prétendent ne se souvenir de rien. Des tests démontrent bientôt que Dana a eu des relations sexuelles avec la victime. Quant à Stacey, elle a eu une relation avec un inconnu. Dana confie alors qu'elle aurait été violée après avoir bu de l'alcool, ce que démentent les analyses. Elle avoue alors avoir rencontré le client de l'hôtel dans le hall avant cette fameuse nuit. Il l'avait aidée à échapper à l'inconnu qui a eu une aventure avec Stacey par la suite. De leur côté, Sara et Greg enquêtent sur la mort d'un couple...
