Während ein 15-jähriges Mädchen entführt wird, bricht eine andere junge Frau an ihrem Arbeitsplatz zusammen – und murmelt dabei genau die Worte, die der Entführer seinem Opfer zuflüsterte. Offenbar besteht zwischen diesem Opfer und der jungen Frau, die vor Jahren selbst Opfer einer brutalen Entführung wurde, eine ebenso spontane wie schicksalhafte Verbindung.
