MI5's best officer, Peter Salter, seems to be joining the enemy. President Bush is scheduled to visit and it seems as though Salter is trying to stop the peace, is this all part of his mission or is he in fact a triple-agent?

Tom a été blessé lors de la prise du Consulat de Turquie (épisode 3) et sa petite amie, Ellie, ne supporte plus ses mensonges. Il est obligé de lui révéler, ainsi qu'à Maisie, son véritable rôle au moment même où, au travail, les événements s'accélèrent. Des manifestations anti-Bush et anti-mondialisation étant prévues à Londres, Danny et Zoe y sont dépêchés comme observateurs. L'imbroglio est total lorsqu'ils reconnaissent un haut fonctionnaire du MI-5, en mission d'infiltration semble-t-il, dont ils ignoraient tout de la participation à l'opération. Peter Salter jouit toutefois d'une solide réputation, et Zoe décide de laisser filer.
