Anthony Stewart Head (born 20 February 1954), usually credited as Anthony Head, is an English actor and musician. He rose to fame in the UK following his role in television advertisements for Nescafé Gold Blend (Taster's Choice in the U.S.), and is known for his roles as Rupert Giles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and as Uther Pendragon in Merlin. Anthony Stewart Head ist ein britischer Schauspieler, der von 2020 bis 2023 in der TV-Serie Ted Lasso die Rolle des Rupert Mannion, des ehemaligen Besitzers von AFC Richmond, spielte. Rupert ist eine ambivalente Figur, die in der Serie als Rivale der Hauptfiguren auftritt und als eine Art „Antagonist“ gilt, oft als unsympathischer Charakter dargestellt, dem aber durch Heads Darstellung auch eine gewisse menschliche Tiefe verliehen wird.
