From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Sean Harland Murray (born November 15, 1977, height 6' 1½" (1,87 m)) is an American actor. He is known for playing Timothy McGee in the CBS television drama NCIS and Danny Walden in the military drama JAG.

Seine ersten schauspielerischen Erfahrungen machte Sean Murray im Alter von 14 Jahren in einer TV-Produktion. Es folgten Auftritte im Filmdrama This Boy’s Life neben Leonardo DiCaprio und in dem Jugendfilm Hocus Pocus. Von 1993 bis 1994 spielte er eine Hauptrolle in der Serie Go West. Sean Murray, né le 15 novembre 1977 à Bethesda, dans le Maryland, est un acteur américain. Sean est diplômé de la Bonita Vista Junior High à Chula Vista en Californie. Il commence sa carrière d'acteur avec quelques apparitions dans des séries télé comme JAG, Urgences, Les Anges du bonheur, Les Dessous de Palm Beach (Silk Stalkings), puis finira par trouver sa place dans NCIS : Enquêtes spéciales à partir de l'épisode L'imposteur dans la saison 1. Il sera connu du grand public en 2004, son personnage devenant permanent dès la saison 2. On a pu aussi le voir dans les films Hocus Pocus, This Boy Life, Too Romantic, Spring Break Lawyer.
