Barry meets a powerful woman whose abilities could help him in his battle with DeVoe. Meanwhile, after learning that DeVoe is targeting everyone who was on the bus, Ralph decides he doesn't want to be a hero anymore, his only concern is staying alive. Harry offers to help Joe.

Barry wird von der Polizei wegen seiner Verbindung zum Fall DeVoe suspendiert. Kurze Zeit später trifft Team Flash auf Izzy, eine Frau mit der Fähigkeit Schallwellen zu manipulieren, unterstützt durch ihre Violine. Barry und Ralph versuchen fortan Izzy dabei zu helfen, ihre Fähigkeiten besser kontrollieren zu können. DeVoe taucht erneut auf und setzt Barry furchtbaren Schmerzen aus.
