A woman who comes to the office to sell purses gets the male members of staff excited. She rejects Dwight's advances, but Michael reckons he's still in with a chance.

Michael soll seine Mitarbeiter mal wieder kräftig motivieren. Ein Bonusprogramm soll ihre Verkaufslust steigern. Wer am Ende des Monats am meisten Umsatz gemacht hat, bekommt eine Belohnung in Sachwerten. Während sich Michael noch Gedanken darüber macht, ob eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Espressoautomat die richtigen Prämien sind, taucht die hübsche Katy im Büro auf. Sie ist Handtaschenvertreterin. Und verdreht im Handumdrehen allen Männern den Kopf. Sehr zum Verdruss von Pam. Doch je länger Katy im Büro weilt, desto aggressiver reagieren die männlichen Kollegen aufeinander.
