The NCIS team join forces with the FBI when a group of grisly murderers known as “The Body Stitchers” returns after evading capture by NCIS years ago. Also, Sam’s dad makes a new friend in Arkady.

Das FBI bittet den NCIS um Hilfe, denn die Body-Stitcher sind nach Los Angeles zurückgekehrt. Diese Gruppe von Mördern erschafft makabre Kunstwerke aus den Körpern ihrer Opfer und ist den Special Agents in der Vergangenheit bereits einmal entkommen.
