The CSIs must race against time when all evidence in a murder case points to Horatio. When a murdered woman is discovered, Horatio admits that he was seeing her and that he was the last person to see her alive. Although the evidence logically points to Horatio as the killer, our CSIs must now dig deeper to find the real killer and learn who would have the motive and the method to frame him.

L'équipe des Experts entame une course contre la montre car toutes les preuves d'un meurtre accusent Horatio. En effet, alors qu'une femme est retrouvée assassinée, Horatio avoue qu'il la fréquentait et qu'il a été la dernière personne à la voir vivante. Bien que toutes les preuves le désignent logiquement comme l'assassin, nos Experts doivent creuser davantage pour découvrir qui est le véritable coupable et pour comprendre peut avoir intérêt à monter un coup contre lui.
