Schon seit Wochen bittet Jill ihren Mann, ein paar Dinge im Haus zu reparieren. Aber Tim ist so mit seinem Hot Rod beschäftigt, dass er für solche Kleinigkeiten keine Zeit hat. Daher lässt Jill schließlich einen Handwerker ins Haus kommen, doch als der zufällig Tims Wagen in der Garage sieht, vergisst er, warum er eigentlich gekommen ist, und unterhält sich lieber mit Tim über den Hot Rod. So bleibt Jill nichts anderes übrig, als sich selbst um die Reparaturen zu kümmern...
