Amanda Silver (born May 24, 1963) is a writer and producer, known for The hand that rocks the cradle (1992), Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014), Jurassic World (2015), and Avatar: The way of water (2022). She has been married to Rick Jaffa since June 29, 1989. They have two children.
