Roger Barclay is an actor. Barclay initially trained for the Army at Sandhurst Military Academy before winning an acting scholarship to the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Whilst he was a student there that he gained his first acting role in the 1995 television adaptation of 'Pride and Prejudice'. He has subsequently worked on both sides of the Atlantic and was accepted as an Emmy Academy member after his nomination for best supporting actor in 'Secret Diary of a Call-Girl.

Roger Barclay ist Schauspieler. Er absolvierte zunächst eine Ausbildung für die Armee an der Militärakademie Sandhurst, bevor er ein Schauspielstipendium an der Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London erhielt. Dort bekam er während seines Studiums seine erste Rolle in der Fernsehverfilmung von „Stolz und Vorurteil“ aus dem Jahr 1995. Anschließend arbeitete er beidseits des Atlantiks und wurde nach seiner Nominierung als bester Nebendarsteller in „Secret Diary of a Call Girl“ in die Emmy Academy aufgenommen.
