Heidrun "Heide" Bartholomäus (born July 12, 1957, in Schwerin; née Timm) is a German actress, voice-over artist, dialogue writer, and dialogue director. Heide Bartholomäus trained at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts in East Berlin from 1977 to 1980, after which she joined the theater company in Weimar. It was there that she was discovered for voice-over work and participated in her first dubbing project, the film *Pferdelady*. Following German reunification, Bartholomäus appeared in numerous film productions, including *(T)Raumschiff Surprise – Periode 1*, *Vaterland*, and *Nichts bereuen*. In 2006, she received an acting award at the Copenhagen International Film Festival for her role in the film *Komm näher*. As a voice-over artist, she gained recognition for roles such as Ginger in *Chicken Run* and Treeflower in *The Angry Beavers*. Her voice work for Jodie Foster in the film *Nell* garnered particular attention, as she successfully adapted the fictional language spoken by the character. She is also one of the regular German voices for Emily Watson and has regularly dubbed Frances McDormand since the late 1990s. Furthermore, Bartholomäus works as a voice actress for audio dramas, notably in the series *Elea Eluanda*. She has also collaborated with pianist Hannes Zerbe on several "Jazz and Poetry" programs.

Heidrun „Heide“ Bartholomäus (* 12. Juli 1957 in Schwerin; geb. Timm) ist eine deutsche Schauspielerin, Synchronsprecherin, Dialogbuchautorin und Dialogregisseurin. Heide Bartholomäus wurde von 1977 bis 1980 an der Hochschule für Schauspielkunst „Ernst Busch“ in Ost-Berlin ausgebildet und war anschließend am Theater in Weimar engagiert. Dort wurde sie für die Synchronarbeit entdeckt und wirkte erstmals an der Synchronisation des Films Pferdelady mit. Nach der Wiedervereinigung spielte Bartholomäus in zahlreichen Filmproduktionen mit, darunter (T)Raumschiff Surprise – Periode 1, Vaterland und Nichts bereuen. Für ihre Rolle im Film Komm näher erhielt sie 2006 beim Copenhagen International Film Festival einen Darstellerpreis. Als Synchronsprecherin wurde sie unter anderem durch Rollen wie Ginger in Chicken Run und Treeflower in Die Biber Brüder bekannt. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit erhielt ihre Synchronarbeit für Jodie Foster im Film Nell, in dem sie deren Fantasiesprache adaptierte. Außerdem zählt sie zu den deutschen Stimmen von Emily Watson und synchronisiert seit Ende der 1990er-Jahre regelmäßig Frances McDormand. Darüber hinaus ist Bartholomäus als Hörspielsprecherin tätig, unter anderem in der Reihe Elea Eluanda. Gemeinsam mit dem Pianisten Hannes Zerbe arbeitete sie außerdem an mehreren Jazz-und-Lyrik-Programmen.
